This note is also on the letter box 🤔 Myself and daughter were home all day, at no time did a courier come up the drive until the driver came back to let me know where it was left, only to be told I haven't been to your property today someone else must of, I’ll let them know 🤔 I left it 40mins before ringing the not so lovely customer service line, they would call back…. Seriously peeved off … the parcel was a signature required with a note back section property don’t put in mailbox take to door. A week of calling and texting this place, to now be told we will mark it as lost, but wait they can’t click a button or let their customer service team know this, I need to ph yet again and lodge a claim. This courier company needs a huge bold -5 star rating, worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. This is not the first time it has happened with Poste Haste, I have had parcels go missing and items broken so in future will check who courier company is before purchasing any more items on line and the company's selling on line need to know what a poor and unreliable service we are getting from Poste Haste. She was putting me down and was getting a buzz out of it like some one high and mighty.

I went to depot to collect showed receptionist tracking info on my cell phone then requested to see parcel as to address details she refused to hand over wanting more id once shown drivers licence reluctantly handed over parcel and I find address was very clear, her claim address was insufficient so informed her nothing wrong with it so she proceeds to abuse me in maori. For more information about our services under the Traffic Light setting, please see our COVID-19 FAQs.Don't use Poste Haste drivers to lazy to check address properly when they don't know area so return parcels to depot, claiming person unknown at delivery address when they didn't even come.
